Synagogue Service Calendar for Upcoming Torah Readings
The iLeyn calendar is a month view of your synagogue's services that keeps what is coming up in front of your team. It shows one-off and recurring services together, indicates how ready each service is, and can overlay the weekly Parsha and holidays from the Jewish calendar.
The calendar lays out your services on a familiar monthly grid. You can move forward and back by month or by year and jump to today, so the next Shabbat, weekday minyan, or holiday service is always easy to find.
Published services show a progress bar reflecting how much of the service has been assigned. Administrators also see a category breakdown across passages, prayers, roles, and honors, making it clear where gaps remain before the service date.
Draft services are labeled as Draft and shown in a muted style so they are easy to distinguish from published ones, and past services are dimmed. Your planning team can scan the month and immediately see what still needs attention.
Using Options, you can layer the weekly Parsha, holidays, and special Shabbatot onto the calendar. These entries follow your organization's calendar convention and link out to reading details for quick reference.
Beyond a list of dates, the calendar is where a coordinator reads the state of the whole schedule at a glance: which services are published, which are still drafts, how much of each upcoming service is staffed from its progress bar, and where the Parsha or a holiday lands. It is the natural home base between scheduling a service and opening it to make assignments.
