iLeyn is sold as a single organization subscription rather than per-seat tiers. One subscription unlocks full site functionality for your whole synagogue and all of its members, starts with a free first year, then renews at a flat yearly price, and is managed by an administrator from your billing settings.
One subscription for the whole synagogue
iLeyn is priced per organization, not per member. A single active subscription unlocks the full application for everyone in your community, so adding readers, coordinators, and administrators does not change what you pay. There are no separate tiers to compare; the decision is simply whether your organization is subscribed.
A free first year, then a flat yearly price
A new organization begins with a free first year, so you can set up templates, schedule services, and invite members before any charge. After that, iLeyn renews once a year at a flat price billed to the organization. Yearly billing keeps administration light: one renewal to plan for rather than monthly invoices.
What the subscription unlocks
An active subscription opens the coordination features a synagogue relies on: scheduling and recurring services, member claiming and requesting, honors and service roles, bima sheets, reports, and member email. Without an active subscription the organization's access to these is restricted, which is why activating early in setup lets your team work without interruption.
Who manages billing
Billing is an administrator responsibility. An administrator starts the subscription and manages it from the billing settings, where a secure billing portal handles the payment method, receipts, renewal, and cancellation. You can also designate a billing contact so questions and renewal notices reach the right person, even when day-to-day coordination is handled by others.
