Synagogue Email Tools for Service Announcements and Members
iLeyn mail lets synagogue administrators email their members directly from the same place they coordinate services. Administrators can write a formatted message, choose who receives it, route replies to a specific administrator, and either save a draft or send it right away.
Every email lets you choose its recipients: everyone in the organization, a specific set of members, or one of your saved mailing lists. That makes it simple to send a general announcement or a note aimed at just the readers involved in an upcoming service.
The email editor supports rich text, including bold, italic, and underline, headings, bulleted and numbered lists, quotes, and links. You can compose a polished message without leaving iLeyn.
Each email has a reply-to setting so responses go to the administrator who should handle them. When a member replies, their answer reaches the right person instead of a shared inbox nobody watches.
Build reusable mailing lists of members so you do not rebuild the same recipient group each time. You can also save an email as a draft and return to finish and send it later.
Because mail sits inside iLeyn rather than a separate tool, the people you email are the same members you assign and the same roster you manage. That makes it easy to send a general announcement to everyone, remind the readers on this week's service to prepare, or nudge members to claim the parts still open. A saved mailing list and a reply-to administrator keep those messages repeatable and routed to the right person.
Sending is for administrators. Other members can view the emails your administrators have sent, but do not compose or send organization email themselves.
