Sending is for administrators. Other members can view the emails your administrators have sent, but do not compose or send organization email themselves.

You can send to everyone in the organization, to a specific set of members you choose, or to one of your saved mailing lists.

Can I reuse a group of recipients?

Yes. Create a mailing list from the Mailing Lists tab and select it as the recipients whenever you send a related email.

Can I save an email before sending it?

Yes. Save an email as a draft and return to it later; drafts appear in your Emails list until you send them.
