Synagogue Service Reports for Torah Reading Assignments
iLeyn reports give administrators and service coordinators a clear view of who is assigned to what across their synagogue services. Reports summarize each member's assignments, show which readers are tied to a given Parsha, holiday, or service template, and let you drill into the underlying services and assignees.
The Assignments Overview lists each member alongside how much they have been assigned. You can choose what to count — total assignments, verses, passages, prayers, service roles, or honors — so you can balance participation and spot members who have not been given a part yet.
Reports can cover all time or a recent window such as the last 30 days, three months, six months, or year. That makes it easy to review who has read recently before planning the next round of assignments.
Dedicated tabs let you open any Parsha, holiday, or service template and see the services connected to it. Each report separates the services themselves from the list of assignees, so you can quickly answer questions like who has chanted a particular Parsha before.
The Service Templates report shows each of your organization's service templates with a count of how many services use it. This helps administrators see which worship formats are scheduled most often and keep templates tidy.
Reports exist to answer the questions that come up when you plan the next round: who has not read in months, who has chanted this Parsha before, and whether one or two members are carrying most of the load. By counting assignments, verses, or honors over a chosen window, the Assignments Overview turns a vague sense of imbalance into a concrete list, so the next set of assignments or open sign-ups can spread participation deliberately.
The Assignments Overview can count total assignments, verses, passages, prayers, service roles, or honors for each member, so you can review participation from several angles.
